With a focus on providing seamless and convenient travel options, they are introducing new routes and additional flights to some of the most popular tourist destinations. Here are the highlights of their updated offerings:
Bugungu Airstrip in Murchison Falls National Park
They are now operating flights to and from Bugungu Airstrip, offering travelers easy access to the breathtaking Murchison Falls National Park. Their daily schedule is designed to accommodate various travel needs:
- Flt 121: Departs Entebbe at 1300 hrs, arrives Bugungu at 1400 hrs.
- Flt 122: Departs Bugungu at 1415 hrs, arrives Entebbe at 1715 hrs (via Kasese/Mweya or Kihihi).
Please note that a minimum of four passengers is required for flights to and from Bugungu.
Kisoro Airstrip
Kisoro Airstrip is now open from 0730 hrs to 1100 hrs, with daily flights catering to early morning travelers:
- Flt 111: Departs Entebbe at 0700 hrs, arrives Kisoro at 0815 hrs.
- Flt 112: Departs Kisoro at 0830 hrs, arrives Entebbe at 1125 hrs.
Additionally, from June to October, they are adding an extra daily flight to accommodate the high travel season:
- Flt 117: Departs Entebbe at 1015 hrs, arrives Kisoro at 1130 hrs.
- Flt 118: Departs Kisoro at 1145 hrs, arrives Entebbe at 1400 hrs.
Entebbe-Mara Route
In collaboration with AirKenya, Aero Link is delighted to offer flights from Entebbe to the Maasai Mara via Kisumu. Operating seven days a week from June through September, this route provides seamless access to one of East Africa’s most iconic destinations. Important details for travelers include:
- All travelers, including infants and children, must have an approved Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before starting their journey. You can apply at eTA Kenya.
- A minimum of four passengers is required for flights from June to September. For other months, a minimum of six passengers is needed.
2025 Rates and Booking Information

To ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions, all bookings must be ticketed at least 14 days prior to departure. This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency and avoid auto-cancellations. They appreciate your cooperation.
Baggage Policy
To provide a hassle-free travel experience, their free baggage allowance is 15 kgs, including hand luggage, packed in soft bags. Key points of their baggage policy include:
- Excess Baggage: Guaranteed freight space of up to 75 kgs can be booked at a child rate, except on routes without a child rate. Excess baggage at check-in will be charged at USD 3 per kilo for domestic flights and USD 4 per kilo for international flights, subject to availability.
- Extra Seat: An extra seat is for passenger comfort and not for luggage. Full price is charged for an extra seat.
